Company Profile

DBIS is owned and operated by Bruce McCartney.  Mr. McCartney has 20 years of experience in the IT industry.  After working with Esso Resources as a DB2 DBA, M. McCartney joined Oracle Corporation as a Senior Consultant.  In 1991, he co-founded DBCORP Information Systems Inc. and remained with the company through its acquisition by CGI, where he has lead the Architecture Services Group in Calgary.
